Error while logging into process designer

Hi experts,

I am getting the following weird and annoying error message while logging into process designer (IBM BPM V8.0.1). The error shows after entering the credentials. The reason says “Password expired”. Can I get the proper resolution and process to reset the password of DB? Any help would be really appreciated.

Error while logging into process designer

What you should do first is to check if the password has indeed expired. If this simply is the problem, then you have to change all your password and update them all so you have a working password now. If not, you should next check and log into portal to see if all CSS are present have not been removed. If they were, you need to restore them.
