Error while running autodesk 3ds max design after successful installation

Hi all,

I have recently installed the Autodesk 3ds Max Design for animation and rendering. It was installed successfully, but when I try to run the application I get an error which reads as:

The procedure entry point
?getAppHInst@ResourceManager@@QEAAPEAUHINSTANCE_@@ XZ
could not be located in the dynamic link library splash.dll.

If I click OK for 3 times, then the message disappears and the software runs smoothly, but please help me in getting rid of this message.

Why does it appear every time? Your suggestions and views are awaited.

Error while running autodesk 3ds max design after successful installation

Hi,

This type of problem arises because of improper installation of the application. Make sure that you have removed all pieces of the previous version of this application.

For doing this, you can use powerful uninstallation by Advance system care Pro. After the removal of all the components from the windows as well as from the registry, then try to reinstall the software.

The previous problem should not be showed again. If it does, then do the following:

1. Download the following dll file from the link:

• 1,1,1,32/download.html

2. Copy the file to system 32 directory in windows folder.

3. Restart the computer.
