Error while saving an item using Office 365 SharePoint teamsite

Hello all,

I recently started using office 365 sharepoint teamsite to create sites for easy sharing of my documents with my customers.

When I try to save any item on the list, I get an error on my screen instead.

The screenshot of the error is as follows:

 

The message reads as:

Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904

Correlation ID: Ocb7fcbl-77ae-4324-86f9-647d40645475

Date and Time: 2012/03/17 04: 16:14 AM

Error while saving an item using Office 365 SharePoint teamsite

Dear User,

This could happen if the list is corrupted.

Follow these steps,

1. Try using share point logs, located in

C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft Sharedweb server extensions14

Go there and in 14 hive check of the details of the exception of the log file with the use of correlation ID.

2. And you can use august CU patch. (just a suggestion). This may work too.
