Error – Win 32 only: Combofix shows error message.

Hi,

Every time I tried to open ComboFix on my computer it shows me an error message.

What should I do to solve this problem?

I use windows XP.

Error – Win32 only

Incompatible OS. Combofix only works for workstations with windows 2000 and XP

Dear user,

You can try a few of the below solutions to fix this,

Make sure your antivirus program and firewall is not blocking this application being installed.

You can simply disable them and proceed with the installation.

Well if this doesn’t fix your problem. You can see if the downloaded setup is compatible with your operating system.

For an instance check if the setup or your OS 64bit or 32bit.

If they do not match please download the matched version and proceed with the installation.
