ERROR_INSTALL_PACKAGE_REJECTED 1625 This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.

Hi.

I just got a new laptop, as my last one was broken after many years of use! I tried to install the DWG True View downloaded from Autodesk web page, but i got a 'ERROR_INSTALL_PACKAGE_REJECTED, 1625, ' error. I tried installed this free software many times before, and never had a problem, so it seems some setup in my laptop is set and prevents the installation.

Could anyone help me how to set it up right? Many thanks in advance.

Hi, Good day!

Did you have a latest update in your windows or system OS? If yes, then that's the problem you see new updates have new policies and new protocols. With this situation there is an incompatibility between your OS or computer and the installer you’re installing. Best way to fix this is to use PCleaner and CCleaner. It repairs problems on your computer.
