ERROR_INSTALL_TRANSFORM_REJECTED 1644 One or more customizations are not permitted by system policy.

Hi! I am using a fully automated software deployment solution for windows installer packages. It can deploy any format MSI, EXE and others. My server has software restriction turned on, on all users except the admin account.

Application deployment works fine, but occasionally some of them fail to install.

Description:

The installation of \servershareApplicationsMS Office XP SP2v1.1.0.0Laptop XP Pro.mst is not permitted by software restriction policy. The Windows Installer only allows execution of unrestricted items. The authorization level returned by software restriction policy was 0x0 (status return 0x0).

After looking in the internet for causes, I believe this is Error 1644. How do I set system policy to allow some of the software that I am installing?
