Errors after Synchronizing BB 7290 with Lotus Notes

After synchronizing my Blackberry 7290 with my Lotus Notes version 6.5 calendar, an internal sync error occurred stating "A Lotus Notes error has occurred. Please see log for details." The error log viewed through my Desktop Manager shows the message, "Internal error 4238. Translation Canceled."

I don’t have any clue about what is causing these errors. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the features like Desktop Manager 4.0, Blackberry OS 4.0 and even the Lotus notes. At this point my personal belief is the mailing file (.nfs) might have been corrupted. As I don’t see a Lotus notes calendar entries that have an unusually changed look, I surely am encountering loss. Please advise me if possible.

Dear Charmaine Hollman,

According to the error message you got "A Lotus Notes error has occurred. Please see log for details." And "Internal error 4238. Translation Canceled." It's recommended that you contact support in order to get this problem solved.

A workaround to this problem is trying to use over the air synchronization rather than only using the Desktop Manager if this is applicable in order to synchronize Lotus Notes with your BB. Over the air sync is another way to say "Wireless Communication Synchronization". The concept is that you can sync any type of data and files from a device to another using wireless communication like (WiFi, Bluetooth, GSM).
