Errors encountered while processing progress billing

Hi there,

When I try to make a bill in project accounting I have this error during the process. This is a simple project with a fixed price and set up to cost to cost accounting method. I tried to make the process again many times without any result. Can anyone explain me why I have this error and how can I fix it, and how can it be prevented ?

Errors encountered while processing progress billing

This error will happen if all the GL accounts don’t have status “Open”. Also, you must map currency to the GL Account.

• Open the Project >> Budget >> Budget Maintenance. From there, you should be able to find out the status for every Cost Category.
• Map all the GL Accounts that are in use by Project Accounting to the currency you’re utilizing to bill.

Your problem will surely go out.
