Error 0x80570015 in opening Firefox

I get the following error message when I try to open Mozilla Firefox.

[Exception… “Component returned failure code: 0x80570015 (NS_ERROR_XPC_CI_RETURNED_FAILURE) [nsIJSCID.createInstance]” nresult: “0x80570015 (NS_ERROR_XPC_CI_RETURNED_FAILURE)” location: “JS frame :: chrome://skype_ff_extension/content/browserOverlay.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 7” data: no]

I could not open large numbers of videos and some other objects cannot be displayed.

Please help.

Error 0x80570015 in opening Firefox

If you want to have a solution and do not want to be expert, I recommend you to download Mozilla Firefox or take from others and install it again. But if you are curious then you can try out. You have to first find out what is the real cause extensions, themes or hardware acceleration?

To check it please disable all addons and restart. Then run Mozilla Firefox in safe mode. If you find that problem is solved then the causes were for extensions, themes or hardware acceleration. If not then other problems. If solved okay, pass your day following this way.

But if you are unhappy and want to take further action for better solution. Run Mozilla Firefox in normal mode and continue by checking Turn off hardware acceleration, Switch to the default theme, Disable all extensions one by one respectively and restart your browser. On the step problem will be solved, the step is causing problem. So fix that dear. Have a good luck.
