Eset nod 32 sysrescue error 0x7E

Im using nod32 as my antivirus and they also have this sysrescue feature, so I tried it but whenever I am creating it, this error is popping up, is this feature not that really needed?

Hello Jair,

To resolve the issue that you are getting when using Eset Nod 32 antivirus, you will need to use the following workarounds:
You will need to go to the Control Panel on your computer and uninstall the Eset Nod 32 application completely.
After that get the setup application and reinstall Eset Nod 32.
After that setup is complete, be sure to reboot the computer so that the settings can take effect.
After that make sure that you computer has an active connection to the internet and then run the antivirus update.
When the update finishes, it may prompt you to reboot the computer. Be sure to do that.
You should not get the error again after doing that.
