Evaer video recorder error to upgrade

When I try to upgrade the latest version of the Evaer video recorder for Skype I am getting the following error message.

What should I do? Need a solution to solve this.

Evaer video recorder error to upgrade

Hi

To upgrade Evaer video recorder you must have Skype version 5 or more. Make sure that your Skype version is not less than 5. Your operating system have to be XP or newer windows OS. After confirming these entire still you are having problem with installing than first uninstall the software and go to the program file directory and delete the remaining file which have not been removed yet.

You can use system utility software like C cleaner to uninstall the previous version. Then install the upgrade version. You have to buy the software for using professionally rather it will be a trial version.
