Event Id 5820 Netlogon Parameter Incorrect

When I restart my window 8 machine I have noticed that my netlogon does not run. The error says event id 5820 netlogon parameter is incorrect. How can I resolve this error in relation of the same?

Event Id 5820 Netlogon Parameter Incorrect

The solution to your problem resides in the registry key given by the organization for the backup use. The key is “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Rpc\Internet” that does allocate the port since it is not allowed by the key. Parameters have failed or there are not enough ports allocated to use RPC ports on this computer. Remove the restriction or allow multiple ports to be assigned to the RPC runtime. Hence resolved!
