I have a Huawei Home Gateway 655b and I have it set on a bridge, so I can have the connection on my PC. Â
But  since the last 2 days I keep getting error 719. It is awkward because I've reinstalled my Windows, reset the router to the factory default settings and reconfigured it to bridge and still get that error.
I'm at a loss here.

Every time i connect it fails with error 719
Hello Jamie,
Bridging modem and setting up Point to Point Protocol Over Ethernet(PPPOE) connection, allows your modem to authenticate using connectoid.
This type of connection requires authentication to connect to the Internet server. You will need an email address and a password, provided by your Internet Service Provider. Once log-in is verified, Error 719 will disappear and will change the status to connected /Â firewalled.
Here are the steps to re-type your login credentials.
-
Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet Connection, Network connection and Double Click the name of your connectoid/Network.
-
Type your email address/Username and password, click connect and it will authenticate your account.
-
Once Log-in is correct, it will allow you to access your Internet.
If error still pops-up, you need to contact your Internet Service Provider to verify your log-in.
Contact us if needed. Â Hope this helps.
