Hi,

Recently, I have downloaded NiceLagel Suite and installed it properly but when I attempted to open this software I got the following error messages. First the upper error message displayed and then the other one. Can I get the resolution to solve this problem? I would be grateful to you. Thanks.

Exception EAccessViolation in module nbars.dll at 00099BF8.

Exception Eaccess Violation in module nbars dll at 00099BF8

Hi,

This is an uncommon situation if the software has the digital signature and is downloaded from some good source.

The error explains itself as caused due to access violation  of some variable. It means that when the software stats it tries to change the value of some memory portion that is held read only or is not changeable by wither the operating system or the application itself.

In case the variable is held read only by the OS the application has a bug.
In case the variable is held read only by the application itself then it has a worse bug.

In both the cased the solution will be to download the software from a legitimate site again and reinstall the application.
Run it again and the issue will be resolved.
