Hi TechyV Experts,

The problem is with my Pegasus Mail. While opening a message it has thrown an error message.

Have a look at the error message. My machine is running with Windows Vista.

How can I solve the problem?

Please help me.

Hope that my message finds you well.

Seems that the problem that there are very few i/o operations that are not protected in the code.

One of them is Libtidy.dll which may not have been copied across with the rest of the Bear*.* files.

Secondly, the Dll you are using is very far behind.

Another suspicions that you may not have an environmental variable set up for the Temp directory in Vista,

or maybe you cannot create a RmtFiles directory below your newmail directory,

or the caching files in the Rmtfile directory are pointing to the wrong directory
