Exchange 2010 best parts and worst parts in it.?

Exchange 2010 best parts:

  1. Database Availability Groups (DAG) is a lot simpler than it used to be.

  2. Outlook Web App (the renamed Outlook Web Access) now works in non-Microsoft browsers and on non-Microsoft platforms.

  3. No client needed so you do not have to pay for Microsoft Office to get Outlook.

  4. Compatible with 32-bits and 64-bits system.

  5. It can try voice recognition on your voice mail and put the text in the e-mail message with the voice recording.

  6. All your messages can now be seen in a single window, with scroll bars if necessary. No more “next” and “previous” button.

Exchange 2010 worst parts:

  1. No more local continuous replication like the ones in Exchange 2007.

  2. Few bugs like where the Outlook would not let someone read their own mail eventhough Outlook Web App would.

  3. Customizing buttons when you first launch it. There is no default option for that.

  4. Message tracking is so basic that may confuse the issue more than clarifies it.
