I am currently using Microsoft words 2003 as I do not have access to my laptop with the latest words edition. In the latest programme, there is the possibility to save directly on pdf without changing the formatting. Can anyone tell me how you can do that on the 2003 edition? In the event this is not possible, please recommend an alternative software.Â
Experiencing problems with saving in pdf
Hello, Gregory!
You are able to select the "Save As" option from the Files dropdown menu. You can change the file type to PDF from that menu. You are also able to select 'Publish as PDF' from the dropdown Files menu.
Ensure that the file name follows appropriate naming conventions.
Spaces and characters besides letters and numbers are also not allowed as a name you want to save.
Regards,
Mathew Tand
