Android Tablet is a portable device similar to a computer but has some limitations. It also has a CPU, RAM and an internal storage device. This Android Tablet runs with Android Operating System where you can download tons of application on the android market. These tablets have features such as touch screen, Accelerometer that detects the movement of the tablet, either landscape or portrait, it has wireless connectivity such as WIFI and Bluetooth, some tablets also have expandable memory storage that allows you to put a memory card for additional memory. Some latest android tablets supports 3g and 4g connectivity. Here is a picture of an Android tablet:

Tablet PC: A tablet PC is a Small type of Computer compare with a Small mobile computer which has the touch screen (Using the Finger to command in the screen ) facility. It is run with the Battery and the battery has been charged by its provided charger. You can also connect with Tablet PC with the USB keyboard though it has the virtual keyboard system.
Normally it is a bit larger than Mobile Phone and its screen starts from 6’’ (inch) to 11’’ (inch). In the market you can get different types of the Tablet PC with different configuration based on the Manufacturer. This Tablet PC supports different operating system like MAC OS, Android, and Windows etc.
Android OS: This Operating system is made by Google which is a Linux Based Operating system. This OS mainly designed for the touch screen devices like mobile phone or Tablet PC. This is an open Source Operating system under the license of the Apache License. In the Android Operating systems google introduce more than 700,000 Apps in their market place where Android user can download this application from the Marketplace. You must have an ID from google to use the apps of the Android OS.
