I am a computer system administrator. I am currently using the Windows operating system on my PC. Can someone explain to me how to install PowerShell in Windows Server 2008 R2 on one of my computers? Thanks in advance.

Explain, How To Install PowerShell In Windows Server 2008 R2 Easily.

You can install Windows PowerShell using the Server Explorer. Try the steps given below.

1. Open Server Explorer.
2. Find the features node on it.
3. Select the option to add features.
4. A set of checkboxes is displayed on your screen.
5. Check the checkbox named as Windows PowerShell Integrated Scripting Environment (ISE).
6. Click next
7. Let the installation wizard install the Windows PowerShell for your computer.

You can also install the Winnows PowerShell using a custom MSI package which can be downloaded from Microsoft’s website.
