These type of error mainly comes due to the sound device on any machine. It shows a message like that Camtasia could not playback audio from the timeline. Could the audio not work and say save your recording and try again later?

Explain The Camtasia Could Not Playback Audio From The Timeline

For this, update your sound card driver from the website. This resolve issues from most of the time if not then go to the following steps:

• Right click on speaker button and then choose playback
• Default playback devices double clicked.
• Then, go to enhancement box and check a box for disabling all enhancements. This will disable all enhancements.
