Hey, below show she steps for my hp laptop screen is black are as follows:
• First you have to performs the hard reset to your laptop
• Also you can test the same by connecting it to and external monitor as a display tester
• Next make sure the notebook BIOS is used for the key combinations
• Also you can reseat the memory modules too
• You also have to know about the Led lights too
