You can transfer or export all of your contacts from iPhone to PC by few ways. First, you need to connect your iPhone with your PC. After that start iTunes app and click on your iPhone. And last step for these way will be : go to contacts, from file menu chose export from file.
Other way for exporting contacts from iPhone to PC can be with sync them. You can do that by using Microsoft Outlook .Just full up “set up wizard “from Outlook. After that connect your iPhone with your PC and sync them. Now you can have your personal contact from iPhone to PC. Also with these you can have calendars and events from iPhone to PC.
Note: If your Pc is not Apple product you can still do these ways.

Second Option
Copy your contacts to your computer using iTunes.
Connect your phone to your computer then open iTunes and select your phone. Click on the "Info" tab; look for contacts then check box to sync with "Windows Address Book". On the drop down menu select "All Contacts" then click "Sync".
