Hello,

I am in trouble using the

Windows 7 Operating System and receiving this error whenever I try to run the game. This pop up shows on the screen and I am unable to understand this error message. Can you please provide me the resolution? Thanks.

An external object raised an error

Hello Ruth,

It seems this error occurs because some changes have been made on your computer like Microsoft update or antivirus update. Perhaps you should try to download the latest client and re-install the game. Make sure to turn off or disable your antivirus and firewall that keeps some particular files/ programs from being install properly. By doing this your launcher will update automatically.
