External Tool failure with system and external applications

Hi experts,

Autodesk gave me today this error and nothing that I know helped me to solve this error. A friend of mine recommended me this website and told me to ask the experts. Please can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What I did wrong ?

System.IO.FileLoadeException

Could not load file or assembly

‘file>///C:ProgramDataAutodeskRevitAddins2012hatch22-2012.dll”

Or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

External Tool failure with system and external applications

You have to unblock the .dll file before you can use it, otherwise this error will keep occurring.

To unblock the .dll file:

1. Right-click on the hatch22-2012.dll file and click on Properties
2. Click on the General tab
3. Click on the Unblock button at the bottom of the screen, next to the Security feature.

4. To test if this worked, log off from Revit and when you restart it, you should see a “Mertens3d” button added to your Add-ins tab
