Extra Admin User Showing At Log In?

I have our family computer to us with 1 admin account 1 user for my wife and I plus a restricted user account for our kids. Just now  went to log in and found 2 admin log ins. First one I tried does not take my password but the second one does. Have I been hacked or a virus?

Extra Admin User Showing At Log In?

No, You have not been hacked.

This is a built-in Administrator account which is getting displayed on the Login Screen. It is present in all Windows based OS.

If you are using Windows 7/8 or Vista then follow these steps to disable/enable it:

1. Open command prompt with administrator privileges.
2. Type this command to disable it: net user Administrator /active:no
3. Type this command to enable it: net user Administrator /active:yes
