Face of Mankind fails to download

Hello,

When I try to download Face of Mankind, an error message appears and it says that it fails to download file.  Please find the screenshot of the error message for your reference. 

Does any expert know the reason for failure and how to solve this error please?  I can’t wait to play this RPG and any suggestion is welcome.  See you in FOM.

Face of Mankind fails to download

 

Dear Joseph:

Failed download have many reasons, most are compatibility issue. Check your version along with the application or file you are downloading. Check your memory to make sure there’s enough space to download the application or file. Check your internet bandwidth if you’re in a shared internet connection.
