I am using BlackBerry mobile. I install Facebook application on this mobile. But give me a message, "Upgrade data plan service provider." How can I upgrade the data plane service?

FaceBook application problem in BlackBerry mobile

I can understand your problem its very irritating when you cant connect with your friends. So try this one:
Some T-mobile customers seem to be experiencing this type of problem. I would suggest for Abigail to try entering an Access Point Name (‘APN’) first before  trying  to uninstall and re-install the application.
Steps to add an APN are as follows:
1. Press the menu key (button left of the scroller with the dots)
2. Select options (the spanner icon)
3. Select advanced options
4. Scroll to TCP
5. Select TCP
6. Scroll to APN and type in general.t-mobile.uk in lowercase letters if on t-mobile
7. Press the menu key and select save
8. Switch the BlackBerry off and then on again
9. Check the Facebook application for any changes
If Abigail is on a different network then use the following:
– O2 the APN would be mobile.o2.co.uk
– Vodafone the apn would be internet
– Orange the apn would be Orange internet
If the above steps do not solve the problem then she would need to remove the application and then replace it.
The steps for uninstall are the following:

3. Select advanced options
4. Select applications
5. Highlight the Facebook application then press the menu key
6. Select delete

Before you install a Facebook app on your BlackBerry Smartphone, check first the version of the operating system it is using. If your BlackBerry device is running on BlackBerry 6.0 operating system, you can install Facebook 4.4 for BlackBerry. It supports BlackBerry 6.0 OS or higher. In case after installing the Facebook app you still get that error saying that you need to upgrade your data plan to use Facebook, please refer to your cellular network provider.
Since Facebook is the most popular social media app being used today, your network provider probably has a policy for using the app.
