Do you want block access to Facebook on your PC? Is there an application or any kind of system used by the parents who want to keep their kids from accessing Facebook and employers who want to keep their staff focused on their work? Will developers software that can be used to block Facebook on their WAN?

FaceBook is occupying everyone’s mind. Anyway to solve?

You can block your Facebook manually or using any parental control software. If you want a parental control software just Google for one and download the same. I will explain how to block face book manually.

1. Open My Computer.

2. Open C: drive.

3. Go to windows> System32> Drivers>etc.

4. The file location will be as C:WINDOWSsystem32driversetc.

5. Inside that you will find an file named “hosts”.

6. Double click on it.

7. You will get a popup “Open with”

8. Select notepad and click ok.

9. Now below # 127.0.0.1 local host add the following

# blocking Facebook

127.0.0.1 login.facebook.com

127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com

127.0.0.1 apps.facebook.com

127.0.0.1 blog.facebook.com

Save it and open your browser and try Facebook
