Facebook, Orkut, Twitter and other Social Networking websites tips. I just asked a similar tips question and though will ask this as well.

What are things we need to remember in Social Networking? What's the best practices.

Facebook, Orkut, Twitter and other Social Networking websites Tips.

Please go through the following tips which essential to the Social Network.

1. Don’t participate as solely in your own domains (Facebook Fan Page, Twitter is a free microblogging service conversations related to your brand, etc.). Participate where your presence is advantageous and mandatory.

2. Make sure you determine the identity, character, and personality of the brand and match it to the persona of the individuals representing it online.

3. Establish a point of contact that is ultimately responsible for identifying, trafficking, or responding to all things that can affect brand perception.

4. Observe the behavioural cultures within each network and adjust your outreach accordingly.

5. Become a true participant in each community you wish to activate. Move beyond marketing and sales.

6. Don’t speak at audiences through canned messages. Introduce value, insight and direction with each engagement. And others.

Hi,

A Special tip:

• Login to Google reader Application.

• On the top right side are the Settings option, Select Reader settings.

• Google reader settings Select or click “Send To” tab. You’ll find a page that displays various services and select boxes next to them. Click on the boxes next to the service name. By clicking on them you will select the services that you want to share.

• Now again go to Google reader Application. Open the post to read. Below the post, you’ll find the “Send to” drop down options. Click on it and in the dropdown menu click on “Twitter”.

• After clicking on Twitter button, you will be redirected to your personal Twitter account. Click the tweet button to tweet the post.
