Hello there!
I’m having some issues with my thunderbird, and I was wondering if someone can help me out.
Whenever I send an email, a “Send Message Error” shows up.
However, another window shows that the message was sent.
How can I fix this? I'm worried if some mails were not sent properly.
Sending of message failed.
The message could not be sent using SMTP server smtp.ihug.co.nz for an unknown reason. Please verify that your SMTP server settings are correct and try again, or contact your network administrator.
Thank you for your help!
Facing issues with thunderbird sending an email.
Dear Sundas zia,
Can you please try to send another mail from another one? If it goes, it’s a miracle. But if not then you should change the SMTP settings. You can change your port 25 to 465 or 587 and check your Connection security it sometimes changes from STARTTLS to SSL/TLS. Then try a mail again. If all the settings are perfectly done then please contact with your network administrator, because SMPT your server domain timed out. But if you know, how to add new mail address then please delete the previous mail address and configure a new account.
Thanks.
