Your Samsung Galaxy i551 is an Android phone platform. Its built-in player cannot play FLV video format, so you must use another player to play FLV video.
I like the FLV Video Player the best. You can download it from the Google Play Store. There are ads in the free version so you can buy the version with no ads for $1.99 here.
You can also get the freeware FLV player (Alpha Version) here.
Now you can download it and play FLV formatted video on your Android.

Unfortunately, Samsung Galaxy 551 does not support playback of Flash videos or FLV files (*.flv). If you have FLV files and you want to watch them on your phone, you have to convert them first to the formats supported by your phone. The Samsung Galaxy 551 Smartphone supports playback of MP4, WMV, and H.263 video files. You can download and use HandBrake to convert those files into MP4.
Also, try downloading ImTOO MPEG Encoder Platinum and use it to convert your FLV files. Follow the instructions to download and unpack and then install it. This version of ImTOO MPEG Encoder Platinum supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher and Windows Vista (Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, or Ultimate edition).
