There was a notification for Windows update on my PC. I started the update, after which Windows 7 update problems occurred. What should I do?

Facing Windows 7 Update Problems On Your PC

Before trying the solutions, verify that the error is actually due to Windows Update problem. For this, check that you have installed the updates fully; see if any other problem also exists.

If this error is due to update then follow these methods:

1. Reboot your PC; many errors will resolve by this.
2. Perform a system restore so that all updates are uninstalled. While restoring, select restore point just before the installation of updates.
3. Check for the issues through ‘sfc /scannow’ command and remove the corrupted files.
4. Install Windows 7 again. While reinstalling do not keep files or software.
