Uploading files to the internet is a process that requires that you have a stable internet access, and if it happens that you have slow internet connections then that is the reason why you are unable to upload the files. You will need to do the following:

• If you have many tabs opened in your browser, you will need to close some of them that you do not need to use at the moment to boost the internet connection speed.
• You will also need to check if you have some downloads in progress for they may be the ones consuming a lot of the bandwidth on the computer. You will therefore need to pause the downloads and then resume downloading them once you have finished uploading the files.

To upload a remix, your file must be under 20 MB in size and it should be a valid MP3 audio file. You are free to use whatever software you want to encode your remix and in whichever bitrate you select. But they recommend that you encode your remix file at 192 kbps or higher. You also must have an account so you can upload your remix to their site.

If you don’t have an account, you cannot upload your remix. Head down to Register on Remix to register an account. Once you are finished with your remix and ready to upload, log in to your account and go to or click “Mix” and then select “Upload Remix”.

Also, your uploaded remix might not appear immediately on the site after uploading it because they check every file uploaded to the site before it gets approved and appear to make sure it doesn’t contain any unauthorized material.
