Good day to all, I cannot open all the online games installed in my computer though I have connected to the internet with good speed. I am running a Windows XP 32-bit OS.  

Few of these games are level-up e-games , game club and etc.

What would be the cause of this problem?

Your system might not be able to reach the Online Game Server. What you need to do is to have an internet connection which is faster than what you have now just to reach the online game server. The online game server might be having too heavy traffic, since your connection is too slow, you cant get in into the server until you have reach the server time out. That will be the reason why files or cookies needed for the online connection cant be downloaded into your computer.

Another cause of this problem is Security settings, try to check your Security settings, better be or to have an administrator privilege in your computer.

Here are the methods that might help you fix the error:

 

1. Set your windows firewall to default settings:

A. Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall

B. Click Restore Defaults on the left side of the window.

 

 

2. If any, uninstall third-party firewalls, anti-virus or anti-malware programs.

 

After doing these steps, try to re-open your game. If it opens, then the issue was caused by one of these. Re-install each of the software one by one and run your game for each you finish. This will make you trace the particular software that causes the error, so you can decide to replace it with others which will not conflict with your game.
