Hello guys.

Good day! I have a problem regarding with my online games. I can’t play with it because of this error.

I know I have enough internet speed because yesterday I able to play with it, but this time every time I attempt to play this error appear.

What could be the possible cause of this error?

Please help.

For Solve this problem you need to do some steps:

Go to Start menu-> Control Panel -> Network and Internet Connections ->
Network Connections -> Local Area Connection -> Status -> Properties ->
Advanced -> Settings -> Off (Not recommended)-> Ok -> Close the browsers

The error is occurring when you try to access the online game, and one possibility for such an error will be slow internet speeds, but you have already ruled that out since you are absolutely sure that your internet connection speed is fast enough.

Online games need to have the .NET Framework installed on your computer, and if it is not then that could be the possible cause of the problem. You will need to check that.

• On your computer click on start, and then choose control panel from the list of programs.
• When the control panel window opens, choose programs and features and then click on add/remove programs.
• From the list of programs, check to see whether the .Net Framework is installed.

If not, you will need to download it and install it.
