Failed to import ConfigMgr 2007 Management Pack to SCOM 2012

I have been trying to import ConfigMgr 2007 SP2 Management Pack to System Center Operations Manager 2012, but the error says it cannot be imported with Error Code 1.

How can I continue with importing without getting any errors?

Failed to import ConfigMgr 2007 Management Pack to SCOM 2012

To avoid the error message “Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 could not be imported” when importing Configuration Manager 2007 to System Center Operations Manager, one must also have the MP backward compatibility update. 

The MP is required to make the MS Center Configuration Manager work properly but it is also dependable with the compatibility update.
