Failed to install Webplus X7

Hi Friends,

I am an old time buddy of Webplus X5 and X6. And today I purchased the Webplus X7 from the download gate. Once downloaded, I tried to install it and I get the error message shown in the following attachment. I tried installing several times using this installer but every time the installation fails. I made sure that I have administrative access on this machine tried rebooting the system after uninstalling before proceeding with a reinstall. I tried downloading again after disabling my antivirus software temporarily. But still I am not allowed to complete the installation. And I attempted using different browsers to download too but this did not improve my situation any more. Do you think this installer could be corrupt? Please, can you help me? I am at my wit’s end. Failed to install Webplus X7

Even if both WebPlus X5 and WebPlus X6 worked on your computer, make sure when upgrading to WebPlus X7 this version still supports your operating system. But after checking the system specifications of WebPlus X7, I don’t see any problem regarding operating system compatibility. It is perfectly compatible with your operating system.

WebPlus X7 requires Windows XP Service Pack 3 x86 only, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. Also make sure you are running the correct version of the installer. Because WebPlus X7 is available in different versions: WebPlus X7 x86 or 32-bit and WebPlus X7 x64 or 64-bit. So, if you downloaded it from the official website, check if you have the right version.

If you are running an x86 Microsoft Windows, you should download the x86 version of WebPlus X7 and likewise if you have an x64 Microsoft Windows you should also have the x64 WebPlus X7 installer. In case you need to download it again or maybe contact support, visit WebPlus X7.
