Failed to load the Crystal Reports in RMS console.

I can't initialize the Crystal Reports application in RMS console. It is showing this error message.

How can I solve this?

Anybody please give me a solution.

Failed to load the Crystal Reports in RMS console.

Hello Steven,

You are getting that error because Crystal Reports are either not installed or the installation is broken. 

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

• First off you will need to run PCU 2011-3>PCU 2012-1>PCU 2012-2 setups.
• You will also need to make sure that you have got the following files downloaded or copied to a folder on the RMS Console Machine.
  • CCS_DataCollection_10.5.1_PCU_2011-3_win.exe
  • CCS_DataCollection_10.5.1_PCU_2012-1_win.exe
  • CCS_DataCollection_10.5.1_PCU_2012-2_win.exe
• You can get the files from the link: 
• You will need to run the win.exe files in order to complete the PCU upgrades.
