Failed to open the Group Policy Object

Hello!

 I am facing a compliancy with the cluster strategy fault-suitable right.

It is showing me the below error notification:

Error:

Failed to open the group policy Object on this computer.You may not have appropriate rights Details:Unspecified error

And another error message popped up mentioning something about F: location cannot be found, but there is only a single C: drive on the computer. All help welcome. Any kind of from your end will be much appreciated.

Failed to open the Group Policy Object

I think you are logged in on that computer using an ordinary user account which doesn’t have or has very limited privileges on the computer, and this excludes you from accessing the computer’s Group Policy section. To be able to access this part of the operating system and be able to edit some of the Group Policy options, you must be logged in as the administrator of the computer to give you the full access to all of its resources.

If you are sure that you are logged in as the administrator, try restarting your machine then try it again. If it still doesn’t work, try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. You may also try scanning your computer for possible virus infection, if you are still unable to access it. Update your antivirus then run a full system scan on your whole computer. Maybe there is something that is preventing you from accessing the Group Policy section.
