Failed to open a session for the virtual machine

As I was trying to upgrade/update my Virtualbox an error occurred saying that it had terminated unexpectedly during startup. Beforehand, I have tried to download an upgrade of the software. What is the quick fix for this? I have posted here the complete error message.

Thanks in advance for the solution you will be suggesting.

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine

Hi,

First of all check in your BIOS settings and make sure you have enabled the Virtualization features.

Press one of the key during the boot to get into BIOS or CMOS:

F1, F2, DEL, ESC or F10

    This is due to the conflicts of Virtual box with Hyper-v software. Try uninstalling the Hyper-v, it should work. If this possible solution also fails, downgrade to the previous version of Virtual box.
