Failed to uninstall Netbeans 7.2

Hi,

I have been using Netbeans 7.2 recently but decided to uninstall it, when I do however I get the following message.

NetBeans IDE Installer

Critical Error

An unexpected exception happened in thread Thread-7

Exception:

Java.lang.NullPointerException:

Null

You can get more details about the issue inthe installer log file:

C:Documents and SettingsAdministrator.nbilog20120602142147.log

When I click "OK", there is a different error in the git repository.

NetBeans IDE Installer

An error occurred while running java process

Fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

Anybody else have any similar experiences?

Failed to uninstall Netbeans 7.2

Hi Stuart,

This is a known bug with Netbeans 7.2, there were cases sent to correct the installer. If this will not uninstall you may use removal tools found online, but by using this you need to be cautious when using such application.

If you are familiar with a Git section with your software then you can check this link to see if the destination matches the local branch name when you set your Cloud storage.
