1. I read your question and the answer is there is no such dns which is the fastest of all in the world .

2. The DNS varies with the geographical location of the user so as the speed.

3. The DNS is faster if your ping time is less to that respective DNS.

4. Most people use OpenDNS as well as Google DNS(8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4).

5. Results vary from person to person .
