Hello Marry,

You should buy a single wireless carrier's network which will travel with you and connect any of your devices as needed. Mobile hotspot can supply internet access to different mobile devices including PC.

 

Mobile hotspots come in two forms. Free standing device like Novatel's MiFi, the Cradlepoint PHS300

Built in phone based. Like Samsung's Epic 4G, Motorola's Droid X.

 

Now the question is which forms of hotspots are best.

 

Freestanding devices seem to perform better than phone-based hotspots, delivering both better speed and better reliability.
