Fatal error message an unspecified error occurred

Hi,

I am experiencing a weird error message right now. The error message states that “Fatal error message an unspecified error occurred”. I thought the plugin was installed perfectly but when I try to run it, I got this error message. I have attached the error message below please help me to fix the error. Your help is great. Thanks.

Fatal error message an unspecified error occurred

This error message indicated that the plugin failed to self-test properly with the "PluginTest.js". The reason for this is most likely the recent changes to Java which prohibit running of unsigned Java applets. If the plugin runs correctly, then do not be alarmed and continue using the plugin normally. If the plugin does not work, then you will either have to look for an alternate plugin with the same function or contact the developer for further assistance.
