Fatal error occurred when compiling BSB built software application

HELLO,

I am compiling BSB built software application. As shown below I will get a fatal error. Is this issue is specific for specific only few version of Windows XP like Chinese/Japanese/Korean.

 

A Xilinx Application has encountered an unexpected error and will now terminate. For further assistance, please consult the Answers Database and other online resources at http://support.xilinix.com

How to do work around for this issue?

Fatal error occurred when compiling BSB built software application

Hello there Jessielucyy,

This is a known bug with no workarounds, unfortunately. You are using an old version of the software and you will need to update your software in order to make things working.

 

This happens when non ASCII characters are used in any of the supporting files, so the only possible workaround other than upgrading the software would be to switch your OS language.
