I want to know about the features of free Search Utility Outlook 2010 named as Xobni. Can anyone tell the difference between Outlook’s built search tool and Xobni?

The name Xobni came from the word Inbox, it is just spelled backwards. It is a free add on in Microsoft Excel 2010. It has many advantages if you compare it to Outlook’s built in search tool.

1. Xobni makes easier for us to index and organize our emails according to our desired style.
2. Xobni searches emails more than 3 times faster as compared to the Outlook’s built in search tool.
3. Xobni’s search function is not all about finding emails. You can also search for related messages, and view your contact’s information from different social networking sites.
4. You can view your Yahoo emails with the use of Xobni without upgrading to a Yahoo plus account.

All of these features cannot process by Outlook’s built in search tool alone.
