FIFA 13 DirectX Setup Error. An internal error occurred

Hello experts,

When I tried to play FIFA 13 this error with DirectX appeared. I never had this error before and I played my games without a problem. I did some researches on the Internet and I couldn’t find any solution for this. Does anyone have any idea what is happening with my games from Origin ? How can I solve this ?

Hello There,

Very irritating issue, I can understand – as I am also a diehard gamer.

We need to understand your set up first,I suppose your operating system is WIN XP or VISTA or 7 or 8? Request you to check DirectX health using dxdiag tool

Go to start menu, then run and execute this.

If DirectX health is perfect, then we may need to check OS level Service pack and other things.

If the issue is still there, only Support team can help us.
