I have installed ‘Avast Anti Virus Home Edition’. When I scan the computer with this Anti Virus Software, it removed the file ‘kesenjangansosial.exe’ from windows folder. It was removed because that file was detected as a virus by the Avast. So, when I am booting my computer it gives me file is missing error message. Please help me to get back those file. Thanks in advance.
File is Missing Error After Running Avast
That is tragic, and you should have noted that before you deleted all the infections that the virus had detected because some *.exe files that may be possibly viruses but not recognized as viruses are detected by the antivirus. For you to restore the system to its normal state, you will need to run the system restore utility;
-
On your computer click on start, and then type system restore in the search field.
-
Locate system restore from the list of programs and then double click on it to open it.
-
In the system restore window, set the time that you want to restore the system to.
-
Be sure to choose a time before you performed the system scan with the antivirus.
When system restoration is complete, you can scan your system but caution this time not to delete the system files again.

File is Missing Error After Running Avast
No matter if your windows file is removed from the registry you can recover it by going to recover your windows. To recover your window you need to restart your computer and then while booting you need to press F8 key several time this will open some options then here you need to select windows recovery tool and your last configured settings. Once you have done this your window files will be saved on disk and you will be able to see your normal operations. Also you can make a copy of your window or you can recover your window to make sure that you are safe with your work. If some program file is missing then you can also repair that program by reinstalling it or by repairing it. You need to find the root of file and see what program uses this file then you will be able to solve your problem.
