With my AVI Toolbox, I got the following error which says,

File open failed. Err: S8004406F (C:Mes

programmersDelphiAVIToolboxU_AVIExtractor.pas, ligne 140) 

I think it’s not a critical problem.

Hope here is someone who can give me a solution to the said problem.

Hello Gloria,

This error means that one or more files are damaged in the AVI toolbox program. This happens when files are being tampered with (virus attack or manual tampering). To correct this problem I suggest the following solutions:

1. Update your antivirus software and scan your system.

2. Back up your files and uninstall the program. Then install it again. You can download a copy here:

http://download.cnet.com/s/avi-toolbox/ or 0301-7185.html,0301-7185.html

3. Restore your system back to a previous time.

If one solution does not work, try another solution.
