File sharing conflict..Can’t save a file
Good Day Ted, This error occurs when virus exists, Malware, corrupt applications, installing new applications, registry corruption, and data file corruption. In your case it is a data file corruption, because Visio file is saved in Visio 5.0 version and you are trying to save it as in Visio 2000. You don't have access to write the file. That causes sharing file conflict and you cannot open the file.
You will be needing to fix your registry by using a registry fix software,

File sharing conflict..Can’t save a file
This error simply means is “Sharing Violation” error. You might have open instance of another VISIO applications that opened the same document or drawing. The application creates a locking file when you opened a file or drawing document, this will prevent the second person or on the second instance to save any changes he made.
Saving is allowed only on the first instance. What you need to do is just close one instance so that the other instance can perform saving method to that particular document. Or if it still doesn’t work you can save as the document and name it to another file like “drawing2” and rename it on the later time.
File sharing conflict..Can’t save a file
If you are using Microsoft Visio and you are saving the file when the error was caught, make sure you are the only one using the file and the file is not opened in another computer. The full error reads “Error 1430: ERROR_JOURNAL_HOOK_SET. The journal hook procedure is already installed. (0x596).” This error can be triggered if the same Microsoft Visio file is opened by two different users.
Just like with Microsoft Office Excel, the file or the document can only be opened by one user. If another user tried to open the same file, the file sharing error will be triggered. So, if you are saving the file in Microsoft Visio and you triggered this error, check if the file is opened in another terminal or computer.
This usually happens on network drives or computers. To fix the problem, check other computers in your network to see if the same file is opened and then close it.
